Commercial production of residential housing construction commenced
in September 1976 on a plot of land measuring 10 Ha and located
in the northern section of Jakarta, which is presently known as
Kelapa Gading Permai. Whereas shop housing construction only
commenced in 1982. Aware of the increasing demand for residential
housing and shop houses being marketed from year to year, the company
determined to expand the land area which it was managing.
Within a relatively short period, about 14 years the land area
had already increased to 500 Ha. Various types of residential housing
and shop houses have been constructed. Besides these types of construction,
various other types of supporting facilities were also built such
as shopping centers, sports clubs, schools, places for religious
worship and other types of facilities as well.

"Real Estate area within the Kelapa Gading Permai complex"
measuring 70 Ha, which was named Bukit
Gading Villa and divided into 4 (four) different locations,
namely : Villa Kintamani, Villa Tampaksiring, Villa Sanur and Villa
Kuta. The products being sold consist of plots of land measuring
420 m² up to 1,300 m² and all of the buyers are given
the opportunity to plan their own home according to the model which
they desire.
