Located at Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan No.42, Jakarta, Plaza Summarecon was first built in 1981 with only 2,000 m2 of office space. Since then we have redeveloped our corporate office into a modern 8,600 m2  building.

Plaza Summarecon Serpong is our project office for Summarecon Serpong township. It is an 8 storey building with 8,800 m2  of office space. It open in October 2008 to house our own demand for office space.

Summerville Apartments is a 42-unit semi-serviced residence, located inside the Klub Kelapa Gading complex, that caters mainly to the expatriate community.
