Consistent with Summarecon's township concept, a 23 hectare site is earmarked to be developed into Summarecon Bekasi's central business district. Facilities like a shopping mall, food and beverage arcades, entertainment centers, hotel and offices are in the plans. Phase 1 of Summarecon Mal Bekasi is planned to open in end-2012 with 80,000 m2 of retail space. |
