Phase 1 first opened in June 2007 with 43,000 m2 of retailing space plus a 100 meter long of ‘Downtown Walk’, a corridor for alfresco dining and entertainment. Salsa Food City is a 5,300 m2 eatery where guests dine on Indonesian cuisine in an open-air dining environment to the accompaniment of live entertainment.

Sinpasa Market

Sinpasa is a 3,500 m2  wet market that provides all the daily grocery of meats, vegetables and other staple foods. Designed with a modern structure for shopping in comfort, the very clean and organised market attracts customers from outside of Gading Serpong too.
