PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (Summarecon) once again held the Summarecon Annual Award for the second time at The Springs Club - Summarecon Serpong on Thursday, February 6, 2025. The Summarecon Annual Award is an event to appreciate those who have contributed to the sales of Summarecon's property products in 2024, ranging from In-house Sales Marketing, Partner Banks, to Property Agents.

In the Summarecon Annual Award 2025 event, Summarecon presented the following award categories:

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for Top Sales In-house
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for Top Property Agent
• Best of The Best Top Sales In-house, which was won by Ivonnie Pauline from the Summarecon Serpong unit
• Best Bank of Mortgage Value, which was won by Bank Central Asia (BCA)
• Best of The Best Top Property Agent, which was won by Linktown

The winner of the Top Sales In-house and Top Property Agent categories were awarded based on their contributions in each Summarecon development areas, including Summarecon Kelapa Gading, Summarecon Serpong, Summarecon Bekasi, Summarecon Bandung, Summarecon Emerald Karawang, Summarecon Mutiara Makassar, Summarecon Bogor, Summarecon Crown Gading, and Summarecon Tangerang. For other categories as the pinnacle of the Summarecon Annual Awards 2025, the winners were assessed based on the highest achievements in each field.
