In an effort to make it easier for the public to get services from various Government Service Department, the Bandung City Government inaugurated a Public Service Outlet at Summarecon Bandung (GeraiPelayananPublikSummarecon Bandung) on Thursday, September 9, 2021. Summarecon Bandung Public Service Outlet symbolically opened by The Mayor of Bandung, Oded M. Danial. This public service facility has 16 Government Service Departments that are supported by the use of information technology. Summarecon Bandung Public Service Outlet is a project collaboration between the Bandung City Government and Summarecon Bandung (PT Mahkota Permata Perdana) to present a one-stop integrated service center, especially those who live in the eastern area of Bandung City.

Government Service Departments that join as a part of Summarecon Bandung Public Service Outlet provide various administrative and goods services. The Summarecon Bandung Public Service Outlet also has goods services in the form of stamp sales and an MSME Corner that sells micro, small and medium business products from the city of Bandung.

Summarecon Bandung has the same vision and is in line with the Bandung City Government to serve the public better and closer, so Summarecon Bandung builds a comfortable Public Service Outlet. Public facilities in this three-story building are equipped with an elevator, waiting room, lactation room, prayer room, reading room, playroom, and special lanes for people with disabilities. Adequate parking facilities for two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles also complement the Summarecon Bandung Public Service Outlet.
