At the beginning of 2025, Gading Serpong gained a new access route to BSD City. This shortcut connecting Boulevard Gading Serpong and BSD City is the result of a collaboration between Summarecon Serpong, Paramount Land, and Sinar Mas Land, and was officially inaugurated on Thursday, January 9, 2025. 

Previously, to reach the Summarecon Serpong area, one could take Jalan Boulevard Raya Gading Serpong from the Jakarta-Tangerang toll road exit. Meanwhile, to reach BSD City, the BSD toll gate was the usual access point. With the new connecting road between these two areas, Serpong residents can now more easily travel to BSD City and vice versa, as the two areas are now integrated and offer multiple access options.   

The connecting road from Jalan Boulevard Raya Gading Serpong has four lanes and is located on Jalan Boulevard ROW 45 Gading Serpong. It connects to the northern part of BSD City on Jalan BSD Bulevar Utara - Jalan Raya Pagedangan. Residents of Summarecon Serpong can now enjoy greater convenience with this new access for commuting via train to Cisauk Station, as well as having the option to use the BSD toll road.
