Summarecon Agung once again demonstrated its commitment to completing integrated city development by holding the Topping Off Ceremony for Harris Hotel & Convention Serpong on Monday, July 14, 2025. Strategically located on Bulevar Raya Gading Serpong and directly integrated with Summarecon Mall Serpong, this hotel will be an important addition to Summarecon's hospitality business portfolio. Held on the upper floor of Harris Hotel & Conventions Serpong, the ceremony was attended by the Board of Commissioners and Directors of Summarecon Agung, the Board of Directors of The Ascott Limited as hotel operator, the management of Summarecon Serpong and Summarecon Mall Serpong, as well as contractors and consultants.

Scheduled to begin operations in January 2026, Harris Hotel & Convention Serpong is built on a land area of 5,289 square meters, has 18 floors and 1 basement. The hotel will eventually have a total of 282 rooms of Standard, Junior Suite, and Suite types, and will be equipped with complete facilities such as a Ballroom, Meeting Room, Restaurant, Fitness & Gym, Reflexology & Spa, Kids Club, Swimming Pool, Executive Lounge, and a Sky Roof Top Bar with views of Serpong city.
