On Thursday, 15 June 2023, Summarecon held the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. In the Public Expose, Summarecon informed regarding the company's positive performance, this was in line with improvements in the business environment, where the company's revenue increased 2.6% from IDR 5.57 trillion to IDR 5.72 trillion. The company also succeeded in getting a 40% increase in net profit, from IDR 550 billion to IDR 772 billion.

Adrianto P. Adhi as President Director of Summarecon explained, "The pandemic condition which is getting under control has also triggered the company's acceleration. The Investment Property business unit recorded quite high growth throughout 2022. The three Summarecon malls are fully operational and have received a fairly high level of visits, almost matching the number of visits in the pre-pandemic period."
