On Thursday, September 19, 2024, PT Summarecon Agung Tbk received another prestigious award at the annual BCI Asia Awards (BCIAA) 2024. Summarecon was honored with the Top 10 Developer award in the project category at the BCI Asia Awards 2024 for the design of Summarecon Mall Bekasi phase 2. The award was given based on the aggregate value built over the past calendar year.

The assessment for the BCI Asia Awards 2024 included three main criteria: Project Value, Green Certification Rating, and Project Category. Projects in both the construction phase and pre-tender stage were considered, recognizing efforts in green and environmentally friendly design from the early stages of design and documentation.
