New City Summarecon Tangerang and culinary media Yukmakan present an exciting event called "Flavour Fiesta: A Taste of Thailand", a place where typical Thai food gathers in one culinary festival. Taking place from May 29 to June 1, 2025 at Plaza Summarecon Tangerang, this festival presents dishes such as som tam (Thai salad), tom yum, mango sticky rice, khanombuang, khanom krok (Thai pancake), oyster omelette, dancing shrimp, to Thai tea. There are various culinary tenants that can be visited starting from Hoy Tod, Sabai Sabai, Papitong, Anong Thai, Dakochi, Kino Malee, Dum Dum, and many more.

The opening ceremony of Flavor Fiesta 2025: A Taste of Thailand took place on Friday, May 30, 2025, marked by the cutting of the ribbon by Hindarko Hasan as Executive Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk., Aletta Sumampouw as General Manager of Yukmakan, and Valencia, representative of the Tourism Authority of Thailand.
