Summarecon's first township development which started in 1975 is now a bustling town within Jakarta. Starting from an initial 10 hectares of land, Summarecon has over the years successfully developed and transformed this previous marsh land into a 550 hectares modern township with an address that is much sought after by the affluent community. The township has earned praise of being a prestigious and elite location. To date, we have built about 30,000 houses and 2.850 apartment units for the residential clusters, and another 2.150 shoplots for the commercial neighborhoods. Recent completed projects include the Sherwood Apartments, Sherwood Residence (houses) and Kensington Commercial (shoplots). An ongoing project is The Kensington Apartments & Kensington Office.

Located within our central business district is Sentral Kelapa Gading, an integrated complex comprising of Mal Kelapa Gading shopping mall, La Piazza lifestyle centre, Gading Food City for outdoor dining, and two hotels (Harris Kelapa Gading and POP! Hotel Kelapa Gading). We have managed to develop our mall management expertise to such an extent that more that 38 million visitors thronged the facility in 2015, making it one of the most visited destinations in Jakarta.
The Menara Satu offices, built in 2012, is now a much sought-after office address in Kelapa Gading with established tenants from the financial services industry.
