Summarecon Inaugurates Public Facility Renovation And Launches Program To Renovate 500 Homes Ahead of 50th Anniversary

Approaching its 50th anniversary, PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (Summarecon) strengthens its social commitment by launching two key programs: Renovating Public Facilities and Renovating 500 Homes. This initiative is part of the company's corporate social responsibility (CSR) in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas, the Government of West Java Province, and the Tzu Chi Foundation Indonesia. The official launch of the program took place on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at Harapan Mulya 1 Elementary School in Bekasi City, and was attended by the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas of the Republic of Indonesia, Maruarar Sirait, Governor of West Java, Dedi Mulyadi, Vice Chairman of the Tzu Chi Foundation Indonesia, Sugianto Kusuma, Commissioner of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, Liliawati Rahardjo, President Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, Adrianto P. Adhi, along with Commissioners and Directors of Summarecon, and the aid recipients.

Through the "Renovate 500 Homes" program, Summarecon is participating in the "Renovate 4,000 Homes" program initiated by the Tzu Chi Foundation Indonesia. In the initial phase, Summarecon is renovating 500 uninhabitable homes spread across Bekasi City and Regency. Additionally, the "Renovate Public Facilities" program focuses on improving public infrastructure such as schools and community health centers, starting with the renovation of Harapan Mulya 1 Elementary School. This contribution aligns with Summarecon's focus not only on physical development but also on human development through various CSR programs, such as providing scholarships, educational facility aid, and the "Summarecon Mengajar" (Summarecon Teaches) program.
