Summarecon Serpong has once again been recognized for its commitment to developing a sustainable area. It received the Sustainable Area Development Award in the Sustainable Ecosystem Supporter category at the 2026 Green Economy Awards, organized by Detikcom and held on September 3, 2026, at the Bank Mega Auditorium in Jakarta.

This award acknowledges Summarecon Serpong's consistent application of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles in its area development. This commitment is demonstrated through the provision of green open spaces and water retention lakes, as well as the operation of a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to process wastewater and maintain water quality through regular monitoring.
