Summarecon, one of Indonesia's leading property developers, is once again holding its annual event "Summarecon Expo." This time, coinciding with the company's golden anniversary, the event carries the theme "Summarecon Expo: 50 Years Golden Journey". The Expo is consistently held to make it easier for the public to get to know Summarecon, as well as to get information about our quality property products.

This exhibition showcases a variety of superior property products in nine of Summarecon's development areas, namely Kelapa Gading, Serpong, Bekasi, Bandung, Karawang, Makassar, Bogor, Crown Gading, and Tangerang. The series of expos begins at Summarecon Mall Serpong from September 12–21, continues to Summarecon Mall Bandung from October 3–12, Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading from October 17–26, and concludes at Summarecon Mall Bekasi from November 7–16, 2025. 

During the 50th Anniversary and Expo series, Summarecon is giving away instant prizes such as refrigerators, electric bicycles, precious metals, air conditioners, and dinner set cutlery, and the chance to participate in the Grand Prize drawing with spectacular prizes including 1 unit of BYD Seal, 2 units of BYD M6, 15 units of Yamaha NMAX, 7 units of 50-gram precious metals, and 25 units of iPhones, for every purchase of residential or commercial property products from November 2024 to November 16, 2025. The drawing will take place on Sunday, November 16, 2025, as part of the Summarecon Expo series at Summarecon Mall Bekasi.
