On Thursday, June 15, 2017, PT Summarecon Agung organized the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to report the financial year ended on December 31, 2016. Yearly financial report has been well received and obtained authorization and approval at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. In this annual meeting, with uncertain economic and political background, the Board of Directors reported Summarecon's revenue of Rp 5,4 trillion, down 4% from the previous year. In terms of operating revenues, business unit Property Development contributed Rp 3,6 trillion, followed by business unit Property Investment, Leisure & Hospitality business units contributed Rp 1,6 trillion. At today's RUPS also decided payment of dividend of Rp 5 /share out of the 2016 nett profit.
