PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (Summarecon) held the Summarecon Annual Award 2024 event. This event serves as a platform for honoring those who have contributed and supported the sales of Summarecon's property products during the 2023 period, including Sales Marketing In-house, Partner Banks, and Property Agents. Held for the first time with all Summarecon units, the Summarecon Annual Award 2024 event was also attended by the Indonesian Real Estate Broker Association (AREBI) and took place at the Fairmont Hotel Jakarta on Monday, February 19, 2024.

In the Summarecon Annual Award 2024 event, Summarecon presented awards in the following categories:

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for Top Sales In-house
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for Top Property Agent
• Best Rookie of The Year Property Agent, achieved by Rumahbaru.co
• Best of The Best Top Sales In-house, achieved by Sisca Novianto from Summarecon Bogor team
• Best Bank of Mortgage Value, achieved by Bank Central Asia (BCA)
• Best of The Best Top Property Agent, achieved by Ray White Summarecon Bekasi.

Winner of the Top Sales In-house and Top Property Agent categories were awarded based on their contributions in each Summarecon development area, including Summarecon Kelapa Gading, Summarecon Serpong, Summarecon Bekasi, Summarecon Bandung, Summarecon Emerald Karawang, Summarecon Mutiara Makassar, Summarecon Bogor, and Summarecon Crown Gading. Meanwhile, the other four categories, as the top categories of this Summarecon Annual Award 2024, are evaluated on the highest achievement in each respective field.
