Summarecon Mall Bandung (Summaba) is thrilled to present its first-ever Bandung Culinary Festival (FKB), offering a delightful culinary experience that will leave visitors craving for more. This 26-day event, running from August 22 to September 16, 2024, carries the theme #JelajahKulinerAsia, inviting guests to embark on a culinary adventure across Asia without leaving the city of Bandung.

Juni Hadi Hasan, Center Head of Summarecon Mall Bandung, explained that FKB is a testament to Summarecon's commitment to supporting the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary industry. FKB is an adaptation of successful culinary events previously held at various Summarecon Malls. For its inaugural year, Summarecon Mall Bandung is featuring 70 booths and 8 food trucks offering a diverse range of culinary delights, including local Bandung MSMEs.

Authentic Asian Culinary Exploration

With the theme #JelajahKulinerAsia, FKB, located at the west parking area of Summarecon Mall Bandung, showcases over 400 delectable dishes from various Asian countries such as Indonesia, Korea, Japan, China, and Thailand. Visitors can immerse themselves in an authentic Asian atmosphere through captivating decorations and art installations. Every corner of FKB is designed to provide an immersive culinary experience, as if they were on a food tour in their home country.

Exciting Entertainment and Thrilling Rides 

Beyond the delectable cuisine, FKB offers a plethora of exciting entertainment for the whole family. Visitors can enjoy various carnival rides, including swings, Ferris wheels, and balloon palaces. For the first time in Bandung, FKB introduces the TAGADA ride, a giant bowl-shaped ride that promises a thrilling spinning and undulating sensation.

Additionally, FKB features barongsai performances, cosplay competitions, and spectacular fireworks. Visitors can also enjoy performances by renowned Indonesian musicians such as HIVI!, TBA, and GAC. For the first time, FKB 2024 brings the excitement of the Wonosobo Balloon Festival to Bandung. Visitors have the opportunity to witness the beauty of hot air balloons gracing the skies of Gedebage, creating a vibrant and captivating atmosphere.
