PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (Summarecon) is holding The Summarecon Contractor Award 2024 event for the first time. This event serves as a recognition platform for the people and companies in the construction industry who have contributed to infrastructure development and property products across all Summarecon development areas. It took place on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at the Royal Ballroom, The Spring Club, Summarecon Serpong. 

In the Summarecon Contractor Award 2024 event, Summarecon presented awards in the following categories:

• Top Infrastructure Contractor
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for Top Housing Contractor
• Top Mechanical & Electrical awarded to PT Putra Bagelen
• Best Rookie of The Year Contractor awarded to PT Candra Persada
• Lifetime Achievement Award Infrastructure Contractor awarded to Ali Tarigan (PT Mitra Tata Abadi)
• Lifetime Achievement Award Housing Contractor awarded to Deddy Wijaya (PT Anugerah Berkat Mandiri)
• Best of The Best Contractor Award, received by PT Panca Inhouse

Winners in the Top Infrastructure Contractor and Top Housing Contractor categories were selected based on their contributions in each Summarecon development region, including Summarecon Kelapa Gading, Summarecon Serpong, Summarecon Bekasi, Summarecon Bandung, Summarecon Emerald Karawang, Summarecon Mutiara Makassar, Summarecon Bogor, and Summarecon Crown Gading. Meanwhile, for the Top Mechanical & Electrical category and Best Rookie of The Year Contractor, the evaluation was based on the highest contributions achieved in their respective fields. The two pinnacle categories, Lifetime Achievement Awards, were given in appreciation of long-term collaboration with Summarecon, and the Best of The Best Contractor Award was presented for outstanding contractor performance in accordance with Summarecon's standards.
