Carrying the theme “New City, New Kelapa Gading”, Summarecon Crown Gading is a very important and historic project for the company, because it brings a concept phenomenon from Summarecon Kelapa Gading, the first area developed by Summarecon. This can be seen from the number of enthusiasts from the 2 Clusters launched at the Summarecon Crown Gading Initial Sale, namely the Jasmia Residence Cluster and the Regia Residence Cluster, which took place on Saturday, November 12nd 2022, at the Harris Hotel & Convention Kelapa Gading.

Albert Luhur as Executive Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk explained “At the Initial Launching of Summarecon Crown Gading, from our initial offering of 244 units for the Jasmia Residence Cluster and Regia Residence Cluster, we managed to sell a total of 390 units in just 6 hours. Phase 1 sale closed Sold Out. Due to high demand, sales were opened up to stage 2 and stage 3. The total revenue that we managed to achieve today was IDR 827 billion.”
