PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. officially inaugurated Harris Hotel & Convention Serpong on 13 March 2026 as the latest facility complementing the integrated township of Summarecon Serpong. Strategically located approximately five minutes from the Gading Serpong toll exit and directly connected to Summarecon Mall Serpong, the hotel strengthens the availability of accommodation and MICE (Meeting, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions) facilities in the area that has been developed by Summarecon since 2004. The presence of this property further supports business activities, meetings, and large-scale events in the Serpong area and its surroundings, reinforcing the role of Summarecon Serpong as a growing hub for economic and business activities.

Developed through a strategic collaboration with The Ascott Limited, the property becomes the fifth hotel within Summarecon’s hospitality portfolio and the third hotel under the HARRIS brand owned by Summarecon. Previously, the brand had been introduced through HARRIS Hotel & Convention Kelapa Gading which opened in 2010 and HARRIS Hotel & Convention Bekasi in 2015. Harris Hotel & Convention Serpong features 282 rooms designed with the brand’s signature bright and contemporary HARRIS style, offering guests a refreshing and comfortable stay experience. The hotel is also equipped with comprehensive convention facilities, including one grand ballroom with a capacity of up to 1,500 people, three ballrooms, and 11 meeting rooms that support various business and social events.
