The event organized by the Properti Indonesia Magazine was held on Wednesday 10 July 2019 at the InterContinental Jakarta Ballroom

Award recipients of the PIA 2019 are evaluated based on various criteria, including: vision & concept of development, ideas & innovation, concern for the environment, achievement & sales performance, as well as inspiring policies and experiences, to produce recipients from several categories.

Properti Indonesia Award entered its 7th year. As an annual activity, the award was specifically designed as an appreciation for the achievement of various innovations, creations and aggregations of value added in the property industry in Indonesia and its supporting sectors.
