PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (Summarecon) once again demonstrated the company's positive performance in the Annual Report for fiscal year 2023, which was reported at Summarecon's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on Thursday, June 20, 2024. This is in line with the company's increased revenue of 14.1% from Rp 5.72 trillion in 2022 to Rp 6.66 trillion in 2023. The company also succeeded in achieving a net profit increase of 27% from Rp 772 billion to Rp 1.058 billion. For the achievements achieved throughout fiscal year 2023, the Company distributed a dividend of Rp 9 per share or a total of Rp 148,577,115,222.

Adhi, President Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, said in his presentation of strategy and strategic policies, "With 49 years of experience, Summarecon will open its 9th project, Summarecon Tangerang, at the end of 2024, to increase its residential property portfolio for customers. We will strengthen our core business by accelerating all of our development efficiently and effectively meeting market demand. In addition, in the Investment and Property Management business unit, Summarecon Villaggio and Summarecon Mall Bandung, which have just been opened, further increase the value of the areas we develop, while also providing a recreational experience for both visitors and the community. Summarecon Mall Bekasi Phase 2, Summarecon Mall Makassar which is currently under construction, and a number of other retail, commercial and hospitality projects planned in the coming years will be based on urban planning concepts to enhance the value of our integrated cities and surrounding development.”
Summarecon will open its 9th project, Summarecon Tangerang, at the end of 2024, supported by 8 ongoing projects and a land reserve of 1,900 hectares that will provide sustainability and business continuity for the Company in the years to come, the Company has set a pre-sales target of Rp 5.0 trillion in 2024 with pre-sales contributions from all 9 projects.
