Summarecon Mutiara Makassar (SMM) officially opened its opening sale of Sherry on Saturday, May 28, 2022 while still adhering to Covid-19 protocols. Taking place at the Summarecon Mutiara Makassar Marketing Gallery, the event which started at 10.00 a.m local time was successful.  This newest type of The Topaz Residence was offered from IDR 1.1 billion with the price includes 11% VAT and Duty on the Acquisition of Land and Building Rights (BPHTB). Seeing the high enthusiasm of consumers, SMM opened the second stage of sales on the very same day.
