Keeping up with its commitment to consumers, Summareon Bandung handed over the Amanda and Btari clusters starting on June 11, 2018. Until the end of July 2018, around 250 consumers had received the administrative process, and some of them had occupied the Amanda and Btari clusters in Summarecon Bandung.

The Amanda cluster and Btari cluster are the residential residences that Summarecon launched on November 21, 2015. A total of 261 Amanda cluster units and 139 Btari cluster units were sold out in almost three hours.

 "I chose to live here (Summarecon Bandung) because smart living, the facilities are complete, the house is comfortable, the environment is safe, and clean," said Indra Bhakti Utama, one of the Amanda cluster consumers.
