Summarecon once again achieved international recognition at the 20th Annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards on Friday, December 12, 2025, in Bangkok, Thailand. Two Summarecon property products were successfully recognized internationally, winning the Best Eco Friendly Commercial Development Asia for Teras Lakon (located in Summarecon Serpong), and the Best Mid End Housing/Landed Development Asia for Vanica Residence (located in Summarecon Crown Gading).
