PT Summarecon Agung Tbk achieved eight accolades at the PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards 2023, which was held on Friday, September 14th, 2023. These accolades comprise six "Winner" category achievements and two "Highly Recommended" awards for Summarecon's areas and property products.
The eight achievements obtained by Summarecon at the PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards 2023 are as follows:
- Winner: Best High-End Housing Interior Design for Jasmia Residence by Summarecon Crown Gading.
- Winner: Best Condo Landscape Design for Rainbow Springs Condovillas by Summarecon Serpong.
- Winner: Best Eco-Friendly Condo Development for Rainbow Springs Condovillas by Summarecon Serpong.
- Winner: Best Mid-End Housing Development for Alderwood Residence by Summarecon Bogor.
- Winner: Best Township Development (Greater Indonesia) for Summarecon Bandung.
- Winner: Best Township Development (Greater Jakarta) for Summarecon Bekasi.
- Highly Recommended: Best Township Masterplan Design for Summarecon Crown Gading.
- Highly Recommended: Best High-End Housing Architecture Design for Morizen Summarecon Bekasi.
