Entering the fourth quarter of 2021, PT Summarecon Agung Tbk posted another excellent property product sales through Summarecon Bogor. Two clusters with a total of 486 housing units and self-built lots from The Rosewood Golf Residence and The Pinewood Residence cluster were sold out at the launching event on 30-31 October 2021.

Summarecon Bogor received an extraordinary response from the community, it was recorded that almost 1,300 prospective consumers registered to buy houses or plots to build independently in the two clusters. The prices offered start from Rp. 1.5 billion to Rp. 15 billion. The total sales value of these two clusters was recorded at more than Rp 1.5 trillion.
