PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (Summarecon) has disbursed IDR 247,584,000 to the Buddha Tzu Chi Indonesia Foundation for scholarships to 45 students from 38 private schools. These scholarships cover elementary to high school levels in Bekasi, Tangerang, and Bogor. Each student will receive a scholarship for one year, with amounts ranging from IDR 2,100,000 to IDR 8,400,000. This scholarship distribution is part of Summarecon's 50th-anniversary celebration.

The scholarship distribution took place ceremonially at Tzu Chi Center and was presented by the President Director of Summarecon, Adrianto P Adhi, accompanied by Summarecon Director Sharif Benyamin, to the Chairman of the Charity Mission of Tzu Chi Foundation Indonesia, Mr. Wie Sioeng. The scholarship distribution ceremony also marks the beginning of the ongoing scholarship program from Summarecon to several educational foundations and schools registered in several areas close to the 9 business development units of the company.
