On Friday, December 8, 2023, held in Bangkok, Thailand, the 18th Property Guru Asia Property Awards presented two prestigious awards to PT Summarecon Agung Tbk., which were received directly by Albert Luhur as the Executive Director of Summarecon Bekasi and Magdalena Juliati as the Executive Director of Summarecon Serpong.

The awards received include:

• (Regional Category) Best Township Development (Asia) through the Summarecon Bekasi unit.
• (Regional Category) Best Low Rise Condo Development (Asia) through the Summarecon Serpong unit for the Rainbow Spring Condovillas product.

After achieving extraordinary success at the Summarecon Expo with sales figures of 1.1 trillion, this Asia-level award is the pinnacle of end-of-year achievements that will drive our spirit to continue being creative. The annual Property Guru Asia Property Awards was first held in Bangkok in 2005 as the highest and best property award.
