PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. held the topping off ceremony for Summarecon Mall Bekasi (SMB) Phase II on Monday, April 21, 2025. The event was marked by the driving of a golden spike by Summarecon Director, Soegianto Nagaria, witnessed by the Board of Commissioners and Directors of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. This ceremony marks an important milestone in the construction phase of the Summarecon Mall Bekasi Phase II shopping center, which is planned to be inaugurated in October 2025. SMB Phase II is built on a land area of 44,311 sqm with a total building area of 87,458 sqm and a total Net Leasable Area (NLA) of ± 40,000 square meters.

This shopping and lifestyle center designed for families will complement the concept of SMB Phase I by presenting more than 200 well-known tenants consisting of Fashion & Lifestyle, Food & Beverage (F&B), Beauty & Healthy, as well as various other tenants from international and local brands to meet the needs of the upper-middle class.
