Summarecon Mutiara Makassar Markets Exclusive Japanese-Style Homes, The Morizen

In line with the growing awareness of the value of sustainability in various aspects of life, on May 27, 2024, Summarecon Mutiara Makassar introduced The Morizen, a new exclusive Japanese-style housing cluster that is environmentally friendly and emphasizes energy and water conservation as well as environmentally friendly materials in Makassar. The first marketing of this cluster was held through a Product Knowledge activity which was directly explained by Mr. Indra W. Antono as Executive Director of Summarecon Mutiara Makassar in front of around six hundred property agents.

The Morizen houses, which are being developed in Summarecon Mutiara Makassar, were designed by renowned Japanese architect Takahiro Fuwa. This exclusive residence comes with 4 (four) housing type options, namely the Nara type (12x20), the Keyaki type (10x20), the Hiiragi type (10x18), and the Yanagi type (8x18). The advantage of The Morizen design is that it has open spaces in every part of the layout. This house presents a 2-storey room with an open ceiling. There is also a backyard that can be used as an Alfresco Dining area and an outdoor mini pool, as well as the option to arrange an entertainment room and rooftop garden on the upper floor. Each housing unit is equipped with a smart door lock and other smart home technology features.

The launch of The Morizen is a continuation of Summarecon Mutiara Makassar's collaboration with PT Sumitomo Forestry Indonesia, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Forestry Co Ltd., which began in 2021. In this collaboration, the two companies have the same mission to present exclusive environmentally friendly homes. Previously, Summarecon's collaboration with Sumitomo Forestry had successfully launched The Morizen in Summarecon Bekasi, which has now been completed and is almost sold out.
