For the first phase of sales, 53 units were sold out in 3 hours before the second phase opened on the same day. Blue Crystal Residence is offered with prices starting from IDR 900 million to IDR 2,3 billion. The event was held at Marketing Gallery and started at 10.00 WITA by following the new normal Covid-19 protocols such as wearing masks and physical distancing during the event.

Blue Crystal Residence carries a Ggarden house concept with a contemporary tropical house architecture designed by I Gusti Ngurah Biantara. The cluster comes with 3 (three) types and land areas ranging from 84 m2 to 112 m2 and 2 - 4 bedrooms.
