PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. (Summarecon), on Wednesday, 12 August 2020, will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), one of which is the approval of the Company's Annual Report, including the ratification of the Financial Report, the Company's Activity Report, and the Board of Commissioners Supervisory Task Report for 2019.

In this year's AGMS, the Board of Directors reported that 2019 was a year full of challenges, but we were able to book pre-sales marketing of IDR 4.1 trillion, exceeding the target set of IDR 4.0 trillion, with sales distribution based on home products reaching 66%, 14% for apartments, 12% for shop houses, and 8% for lots. In the 2019 financial report, the Company posted revenues of Rp. 5.94 trillion, an increase of 5% from the previous year.
