PT Summarecon Agung, Tbk. (Summarecon) through its bussines unit, Summarecon Bandung, launched a new property product, Magna Commercial Shop on Saturday, April 29th 2017. Magna Commercial Shop is a part of Magna, a mixed use integrated development area which is an area that combines commercial shop with 2 to 4 floors, Magna Residence Apartment, and Magna Towers Office Building. The area has an easy access from Gedebage toll road through exit KM 149 Padaleunyi.

The launch of Magna Commercial Shop was held at the Marketing Office Site Summarecon Bandung, Gedebage - Bandung. A total of 124 units of Magna Commercial Shop marketed in the first stage was successfully sold out. Each unit was offered starting from IDR 1,34 billion for the 5 meters width type, IDR 2,61 billion for 6 meters width type, up to IDR 4,1 bilion for the 7 meters width type.
