On Friday, 24th December 2021, Summarecon Serpong received visits from the President of Indonesia, Mr. Joko Widodo, in superior products that recently won gold winner on the FIABCI INDONESIA - REI Excellence Awards 2021, named Rainbow Springs Condovillas. This visit was warmly greeted by President Director Summarecon, Adrianto P Adhi, and Executive Director Summarecon Serpong, Magdalena Juliati. 

On this visit, President Joko Widodo was accompanied by Minister of National Development Planning, dr. Ir. H. Suharso Monoarfa, Minister of Coordinating Maritime Affairs and Investment, Jenderal TNI Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, M.P.A., Minister of State Secretariat Indonesia, Prof Dr. Drs. Pratikno. M. Soc.Sc., Minister of Investment Coordinating Board, Bahlil Lahadalia S.E., Banten Governor dr. Drs. H.Wahidin Halim, M.Si. and Regent of Tangerang, Ahmed Zaki Iskandar, B.Bus,. S.E. M.Si. President Joko Widodo did this visit to review development plans and comparative studies for the new capital city in East Kalimantan.
