Leading up to its 50th anniversary, Summarecon is once again holding its biggest property exhibition, the Summarecon Expo 2025. For the first time, the Summarecon Expo will be held at Summarecon Mall Bandung from October 3–12, 2025. Carrying the theme “Summarecon Expo: 50 Years Golden Journey,” the exhibition showcases prime property products from nine Summarecon development areas, including Kelapa Gading, Serpong, Bekasi, and Bandung.

Following its success at Summarecon Mall Serpong, where it recorded sales of Rp 410 Billion, the Summarecon Expo also offers various appealing promotions, such as an Extra 30% Discount for select properties, KPR (Home Ownership Credit) options with competitive interest rates from leading banks, as well as direct prizes and the chance to win the Grand Prize of 1 unit of BYD Seal and 2 units of BYD M6. This series of the Summarecon Expo 2025 will continue at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading (October 17–26) and conclude at Summarecon Mall Bekasi (November 7–16).

More than just a property exhibition, the Summarecon Expo 2025 in Bandung also presents a series of entertaining and educational events. Visitors can enjoy the High Wire & Juggling International Show from Chile, Peru, and Columbia, the Colorful World Visual Show by Isha Hening, and an interactive educational experience with unique animals from the SQP Park Learning Lab. Additionally, there will be panel discussions on urban planning with the themes "Designing an Adaptive and Sustainable City" with Ardzuna Sinaga from Urban+ and "City, Community, and Architecture" from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). Visitors can also experience a direct installation of a model home equipped with quality materials from well-known brands like Kohler, Valentino Gress, and Daikin.
