The annual prestigious award ceremony, BCI Asia Awards 2023, organized by BCI Central, has once again awarded Summarecon as one of the Top Ten Developers in Indonesia for the year 2023. The Top Ten Developers award is evaluated based on 3 (three) main criteria, which are project value, green certification rating, and project category.

In addition, Summarecon has also received 2 (two) awards at the WOW Brand Festive Day 2023 event organized by Mark Plus Inc. Summarecon was awarded the Indonesia WOW Brand 2023 with the Silver Champion title for the Residential Property Developer category, while for the Jabodetabek Shopping Mall category, Summarecon was awarded the Bronze Champion title. This event is held annually for the 8th year and has the theme "Branding for The Game Changer".
